Portfolio updates! I've posted a whole row of new images, pen & ink character work. Some fun ones that I'm proud of, enjoyed trying some new approaches to the way I usually work.

Thanks everyone who came by our table at A.P.E. 2011! These shows are all about getting to meet and greet people, make new friends and fans, and generally build our community of creative individuals. A.P.E. is probably my favorite show of the year, can't wait till the next one.
The biggest update of the month, however, is that I've finally launched a weekly webcomic! It updates every Friday, so take a look, bookmark it, and follow updates on twitter and facebook! http://www.harveyskeleton.com

There's a sizeable update over at my blog, including some work-in-progress, and a little general clean-up. Also, it's just about time for A.P.E.! The Alternative Press Expo is one of my favorite shows, and I'm looking forward to an even better year than last. Come visit me at Table #259 (I'm exhibiting as Cigar Dog Press, along with Dusty Divine), where I'll be selling my two books, "The Angry Winter" and "The Hyperquizzitistical Alphabet According to Edgar Allan Poe", as well as promoting my new and upcoming weekly webcomic, "Harvey Skeleton"! Excited to be starting a regular project like that, stay tuned for more updates as it nears it's debut in October. I'll also have an assortment of prints, posters, and I'll be doing commisioned sketches upon request. If you're planning on attending A.P.E. and are going to want a sketch, you can also email me and let me know what you're looking for so I can have it ready to pick up ahead of time. Otherwise, I'll have a pricelist and specifics there at the show, and posted here soon.
Also, if you're in the Sonoma County area, I will be exhibiting at the Sonoma County Book Festival in Santa Rosa, September 24th. Again, I'll be there with Dusty Divine as Cigar Dog Press, and we'll be selling our catalog of storybooks, and it's another great time to get a commissioned sketch. This will be my first time exhibiting at the book festival, and I'm looking forward to a local venue. See you there! |
